Citizen Kane is a film that was released in 1941. Described as an American drama, it was directed by Orson Welles, who also starred in it. Even today, moguls in the movie industry consider ‘CK’ to be one the greatest films of all time. It is particularly acclaimed for its narrative technique, music, and its inventive cinematography.

Prior to the making of CK, Orson Welles had been enjoying personal acclaim after his success with the Mercury Players. In 1938 his controversial radio show, War of the Worlds, caught the attention of Hollywood. The film studio, RKO Pictures, subsequently signed a contract with Welles in 1939.

The last half of the movie is something worth looking forward too. Although it might not be on the most action filled thrillers but the intensity and depth of the drama is absolutely worth watching. In these scenes Billy and Collin move toward a head to head collision based on the Collins discovery that Billy is actually working for the cops and is about to turn the whole gang in.

The drop scenes show Billy asking Collin to leave the bad ways and opt in for the immunity and protection offered by the Police department. Collin would not give up so easily and hence finally, Billy dies at the hands of Collin during a physical fight scene.
