If you have to constantly meet a deadline you will know just how stressful it can be, there are things you can do to help reduce that stress. There do seem to be many things you can actually do to help yourself out during these times.
Relax
The best piece of advice I can give to you is relax, getting stressed over it is really not going to help you out at all. If you are in charge it will also making you a bit more agitated and that is likely to result in you shouting at colleagues that you really do not need to be.
Printing?
Many companies find it really hard to print out large quantities of documents on time to send out to their clients and that is where something like business printing can come into play. Doing something like this will help you when it comes to concentrating on what you need to do, work. Many of these companies will also offer direct mail services which of course could become something of a use to you as well. Something like this might be a bit of a change for your company but that is not always a bad thing, look into some of the plans.
Sometimes if you just think about how to sit down and handle a deadline you will know just how much time you could save and how you could calm down. Something like this will reduce stress I have no doubt about it, so it is well worth doing. If your strong point is not all of the date you have on site then look into data management as this could help you out a lot.
The next time something like a huge deadline makes it onto your desk, just relax and try your hardest not to make a big deal out of it!
