The weather is pretty bad here in the UK at the moment and looking closely at favourite USA destinations such as Florida I have noticed that it is near freezing there too. What happens to your business when it keeps on snowing so much that all of the local buses and trains are delayed and the roads are iced over??

Get On With It?

There are so many companies out there that just seem to get on with it, us included. They feel that it is only a bit of snow and encourage people to get in if they can. If you are fortunate enough that you work for a company that you could in fact do some of the work at home then this always becomes an option and there are many companies out there that would rather you kick back at home and work than risk coming in to do the same thing on executive chairs.

There is something that comes into a lot of heads, why on earth cant I work from home all the time?? A very important reason for not staying at home is the customers, they will want to talk to you a lot of the time and once they have your private number they can annoy you any time at all. On top of all of this you shouldnt perhaps have a lot of the work files at your home computer. If someone was to hack into these files at your home address it would be your fault. however if this happens at the office this isnt your fault.

Shut Down?

A lot of companies have the attitude that snow will stop money coming in anyway so they may as well shut. However if you are thinking about doing this you will lose money each day you are closed so bare this in mind.

So stop slacking and get back into those serviced offices London, and get your butts back on the executive office seating.
