You might be able to visualize what you feel is a perfect hairstyle for you. Perhaps you have seen it on another individual, were impressed, and would like to have it yourself. This may be very feasible and ideally, if you can take a picture to your hairstylist then she will know exactly what it is you are looking for.

One thing you might want to keep in mind though is that particular hairstyle that you are looking for may need to be cut. This may cause some concern for you particularly if you have been trying to grow your hair out or you are quite happy with the length that it is at now.

If this is the case, you are going to have to make the decision, which you want more being your current hair length or the hairstyle that you have chosen. Perhaps if it is your hair length that you want to keep then you can find other hairstyles that are going to suit that particular hair length.

Many individuals look different with the different types of hair lengths that they are going to have. Some individuals look great with side bags that are quite long and seem to frame the face. Other individuals suit hairstyles where the cut is layered to give them more body.

There are some basics that you want to make sure that you keep in mind when getting your hair cut for your hairstyle and that is what the best is for you. We are not talking here about what length you want but really taking a serious look at what brings your overall features out.

Some people that have a very long face tend to wear their hair long and straight and it just pulls their face down and elongates it even further. Another issue that you want to remember is that if you are going to have your hair short and you have naturally curly hair then it is going to be looking a lot shorter than probably what the initial cut indicated.

Once you determine the best length then its going to give you a lot more choices for hairstyles. At the same time it’s going to narrow down your choices so it’s not quite as confusing for you and you will know exactly what you have to choose from.

If you are adamant about keeping your hair long then you want to make sure that you get your ends cut no matter what. Something you might want to consider is the ?V? cut, which leaves the length at the back but is a little shorter along the sides. This does not have as much effect on making a long face look longer.

So ideally, you need to balance your decision between your haircut and your hairstyle. Its important one enhances the other. If this takes place then it will bring out your best features and help to minimize your flaws.

If you are really serious about playing at your best, then warming up is a critical first step. You may be mentally ready to play, but your body needs to be poised to perform. A regular warm up routine consisting of stretching and increasing blood flow is important. The body knows it is being prepared for physical exertion. Massage chairs have the ability to assist in the warm up and warm down for sports activities.

You know how important your golf swing is to being successful on the course. If your swing is not true, then your golf game and score will suffer. Making sure your golf swing follows a perfect arch requires that all your joints, muscles and tendons line up and allow for the range on motion through the swing. One of the biggest problems in having a true swing is having shoulder or back pain. Back and shoulder pain hinder the freedom of movement and could cause your ball to fly of course.

Massage chairs can be effective to use as part of your warm up. A sports massage or shiatsu massage can be invigorating and get the blood flowing. Your golf swing requires the whole body to execute. Warming up the shoulders, back, lower body and arms is critical to a great shot and follow through.

Think of everything that has to happen for your golf swing to be true. There are a lot of muscles that have to move and work together. If just a few are off, then your swing will suffer. If you have shoulder pain or discomfort, then this can change the path of your swing. If you have to repetitively swing to win, then those factors impacting it must be minimized.

Another important warm up technique is to walk as part of your warm up. You want to get your heart and blood flowing to get nutrients circulating and energy moving in your body. The secondary effect is to warm up your muscles to help prepare them for your golf game later. You want to keep your muscles warm during your play. As easy way to do this is to walk between shots and not just ride your cart. If your muscles cool down, then they become less flexible and your swing will be less true.

Shiatsu massage therapy is a great way to get an invigorating warm up. Shiatsu effectively warms up the muscles, increases blood flow and increase alertness. Some of the top manufacturers of massage chairs like Panasonic, Omega and Sanyo have shiatsu massage therapy. A very effective model of massage chair is the Panasonic EP 30004.

Sanyo has a model HEC-DR7700 that has a gripping massage which is perfect for warming up or down the shoulders and neck areas. Sanyo uses its unique GK roller system which has the capability to reach out around your shoulders and neck. The increased range of the rollers helps to more thoroughly cover your neck and shoulders. This is effective in loosening up your muscles and getting them ready for action.

Stretching is important to perform before your golf outing. The Montage Premier massage chair by Omega comes with a lower body traction system. This traction system actually stretches out the entire lower body. The Montage Premier will hold onto your feet and then it stretches you out. This helps to elongate the muscles of the lower back, hips, thighs, knees and ankles. Use this in conjunction with the built in heating elements for a great warm up.

Your golf swing makes or breaks your golf game. To make sure your swing is at its peak, warm up your body prior to golfing. Not only does it help your swing, but it also helps to reduce the chance of injury. Back and shoulder pain are so common among golfers. Many of these ailments can be avoided by simply warming up and warming down. Massage chair recliners are a great compliment to your warm up.

Greasy hair can look oily and dull, and have a lank and lifeless appearance. It can look flat and heavy, and it never seems to stay clean and fresh. It takes on a stringy appearance within a few hours of shampooing and refuses to stay full and fluffy. Does this describe your hair? Do you ask the question, why is my hair greasy? Greasy hair can cause social embarrassment as others may judge that the sufferer has poor hygiene and does not wash their hair frequently enough, even if they actually wash it every day.

The grease found in hair is called sebum and is oil that is produced natural by the body. Each of the hairs on your head has a gland called the sebaceous gland immediately under the skin, this gland produces sebum. Oil in greasy hair protects each strand form split ends and dryness, and is in fact a sign of healthy hair. Sebum is made as lubrication for the skin and hair, providing a protective barrier and preventing drying. Sebum is the body’s own natural moisturizer.

Greasy hair is actually an excess of sebum in hair which is a result of overactive sebaceous glands over-producing sebum, stimulated by hormones known as androgens. Although they are present in both men and women, androgens are male hormones and are higher in men. Androgens do two things: One, they increase the size of sebaceous glands in the skin. Two, they cause the sebaceous glands to increase the production of oil.

As hormones have a role in sebum production, fluctuating hormone levels can be one of the causes of greasy hair. Greasy hair can most commonly be found in older women experiencing the menopause, teenagers in puberty, and women in general because of their monthly cycle or pregnancy. Stress can also be a cause of greasy hair as it can affect hormone levels. People who have fine hair can sometimes suffer form greasy hair because they have more hair follicles and more hair follicles means more sebum producing glands on the scalp.

There are a number of external factors in that cause greasy hair. Washing your hair too often can increase the production of sebum as the sebaceous glands produce more sebum to combat the stripping of oils from the scalp and hair which can happen as a result of frequent washing. Vigorous hair and scalp scrubbing can stimulate hair grease. Touching hair can also over-stimulate glands, as can brushing vigorously which carry oil through your hair. Pollutants in the everyday environment can cause hair to look greasy, along with product build-up at the roots from over-use of hair styling products.

There are also several internal causes to greasy hair as well. Along with changing hormone levels, a major cause of greasy hair is the food you put inside of you, i.e. you diet. Western diets are usually much greasier, containing more fat. They are usually processed, containing many additives, and typically are higher in fat and sugar. The high fat content of the diet increases oil in the skin which can lead to greasy hair. The meat in a Western diet often contains some hormones, and these hormones can add to the levels of unbalanced hormones. Greasy hair can also be a sign of a diet that is low in vitamin B.

The key of how to avoid, stop, treat and cure greasy hair is approach it from the outside and inside. Starting with the outside: avoid brushing your hair too often, and avoid brushing your hair vigorously. As you wash your hair, massage your hair and scalp lightly instead of scrubbing them vigorously. The beast shampoo for greasy hair is a mild-ph shampoo that is extra cleansing or clarifying. Look for a shampoo that is specially formulated for greasy hair. To protect against dryness moisturizing shampoos can leave oil in your hair, these should be avoided.

For the best results, the longer you leave the shampoo in, the better. If necessary, rinse your hair and shampoo again. The question of how often to wash your hair is as unique as the individual. The ideal frequency is 1-2 times per week, but to find your own balance start with washing everyday then reduce that to find a good balance of washing and oil production. If you use a hairdryer when styling your hair don’t let it get too hot as heat will stimulate more oil production. When it comes to conditioning your hair, again use a conditioner designed for greasy hair. Apply conditioner to the mid and ends of your hair, but not the roots.

On the inside: with your diet, Reduce the number of foods you eat that contain white flour such as pasta, pastries and bread. Increase the amount of green and leafy vegetables in your diet, along with seeds, nuts, whole grains, salads, fresh fish and vegetables. Avoid sugar and foods containing sugar e.g. soft drinks, biscuits and cakes. Reduce the amount of fat in your diet, avoiding fried, greasy and fatty foods. Consider supplementing vitamin B in your diet. Reduce and eliminate as much stress as you can from your day to day life.
