A lot of women panic when they get a yeast infection in pregnancy, they first of all want to get rid of it in a way thats safe for them and the baby and also they want to keep their baby from contracting it when it is born.

Its a tricky situation to be in, but if you happen to be in these circumstances, here are some safe solutions that you can try out:

1. Eating Yogurt

If you have a yeast infection in pregnancy, one thing you can consider trying is eating yogurt. Yogurt has plenty of healthy bacterial cultures within it that give off hydrogen peroxide. This byproduct just happens to be toxic to yeast.

If you eat a lot of yogurt, you can help to kill off the yeast living within your body, just be sure that the yogurt is sugar free, we don’t want to be feeding the yeast with the sugar.

2. Tampon + Yogurt

There are other ways to use yogurt to fix this situation, one other solution is to use it vaginally. What you do is apply the yogurt to a tampon then leave that in for around 30-45 minutes.

What happens when you do this is the live bacterial cultures will begin to fight off the yeast in your body. If you do this every day for at least 2 weeks, you will notice an improvement.

3. Tea Tree Oil + Olive Oil

Much like the solution above, what were going to do here is first coat a tampon with some olive oil to act as a base, then put a few drops of tea tree oil on top of that.

When you’re at this point, just insert that for around 45 minutes and the anti-fungal properties of the tea tree oil will begin going to work on the yeast.

So if you have a yeast infection in pregnancy, these solutions should be of help to you, but they will not get rid of the problem for good. In order to really get this issue handled, you need to kill the yeast spores, this is something few treatments can do.

What Is Moblogging?

Posted by: Ferdinand Emy   in Internet

by Ferdinand Emy

Mobile blogging is still in its infancy due to the technology that makes it possible has only recently hit the global market.

The 1st moblog technology became available over a 10 years ago, but it is only the past 2 or three years that mobile web devices have become user-friendly enough to appeal to most consumers. This enables bloggers to experience the same real time thrills that live television coverage provides, but in a more democratic medium. However, mobile blogging marks the beginning of an thrilling new era when web-based communication can happen spontaneously from any location. Mobile devices make it possible to blog from the sites where current events are unfolding, which is one of the reasons why mobile blogging has so much thrilling potential to revolutionize the blogosphere. It is not yet clear whether moblogs will become the dominant kinds of blogs in the years to come, but the current trend seems to imply that moblogs are here to stay.

One of the reasons why a lot of bloggers are attracted to the medium of blogging in the first place is that they savor being able to make frequent updates and posts that keep all of their visitors up to speed with current situations. Many people feel that the limitations of blogging have a lot to do with geography. A moblogger with a camera phone can post blog entries from, say, the foot of the podium at a presidential speech, or from the stands during the final moments of the world series. Mobile blogs, or “moblogs,” take this to the extreme by allowing users to post things literally as they happen. This new wave of moblogs and mobloggers keep web surfers up to date with good and bad events of importance as they occur all over the world, helping to make international communication faster and more accurate.

After all, there is only so current that a blog can be when you need to run home and boot up in order to update it. Moblogging devices mean that there is almost nowhere on the planet that remains off-limits for bloggers. As camera phones and other mobile technology become more popular, more and more bloggers are getting away from their desks and are hitting the streets. Mobile blogging is an exciting phenomenon that is sweeping the blogosphere. The combination of mobility and individual control that moblogging provides certainly places mobloggers on the cutting edge of today’s communications technology, and it is hard to imagine that the number and prestige of moblogs will not continue to grow in the coming years.

Moblogging is becoming much more widespread that it was even a few months ago, and mobloggers are quickly attracting a lot of attention with the blogging community.

Eating right is an important element of bodybuilding success, especially if you’re a beginning athlete. Sound nutrition will help you maintain a steady level of energy and ensure you can complete each and every workout session; the only way you’ll be able to build muscle and strength in the long-term is by eating enough calories throughout the day and getting enough rest. Eating the wrong foods at the wrong time can set you up for disaster, and severely limit your performance and muscle gains.

According to Catherine Ratzin Jackson, author of the book “Nutrition for the Recreational Athlete”, the eating habits of bodybuilders aren’t always based on sound nutritional advice. She explains that many bodybuilders base their diet strategies on tips they’ve read in bodybuilding magazines or from -experts’ at nutrition stores. Unfortunately, much of this advice is usually one-sided and does not provide the complete picture of the essentials of calorie intake, protein requirements and specific types of food to eat for weight loss. If you’re just getting started with bodybuilding, here are some essential rules of nutrition used by professional bodybuilders:

1. Do not rush your weight loss. Rushing your weight loss will make it more difficult for you to achieve your desired strength and muscle gain as lean body tissues also disintegrate during rapid weight loss. This type of weight loss is most likely the result of a low-calorie diet, which often leads to electrolyte imbalances. A low-fat and high-protein diet can be detrimental to your health and in your ability to be in your ideal body weight.

2. Always calculate your protein requirements. Muscles need protein to build up strength and mass. Just make sure that you are getting the right amount of it. Too much or too little of this nutrient will not produce your desired results. Different people need to take different amounts of protein as measured by their Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). The RDA of protein for sedentary individuals is 0.8g/kg per day. While for athletes, the RDA is set at 1.0-1.5 g/kg. Make it a habit now to check the nutritional labels of each food you eat to keep track of your protein consumption.

3. Get used to eating organic. The best foods we can eat are still unprocessed, natural foods. Eating foods from plant and animal sources that are loaded with nutrients is the often-neglected key to bodybuilding success. Our bodies cannot efficiently digest meal replacements and supplements. Better stick to real food so that your body will get all the nutrients it needs to develop.

4. Select your supplements wisely. Using supplements is a widespread practice among bodybuilders and athletes; taking supplements that give you energy, encourage muscle gains or provide you with essential vitamins and minerals can help in some cases, but they can also have adverse side effects. Use supplements with caution, and avoid using them as a replacement for a sound nutrition program or consistent exercise regimen. Large doses of protein powders and other performance-boosting supplements can have adverse side effects.

5. Watch what you eat before and after a workout. Muscle builds up significantly before and after you exercise. What you eat at this time will surely influence this process either positively or negatively. Always monitor what you eat at this time by keeping a written record.

A Beginner’s Guide To The Lexmark Z32 Inkjet

Posted by: Joseph James   in Internet

by Ben Pate

If you are looking to purchase an entry level printer, the Lexmark z32 could be right up your street. Whilst not a trailblazer in printer design, it is a more than capable workhorse, for the home user. The ease of use is demonstrated perfectly with the inclusion of only two simple control buttons: Power and Paper Feed. However, this simplicity and basic approach is fantastic for quick cleaning, paper loading and Lexmark Z 32 ink changing.

If you know your printers, you will not be a great deal surprised by the ease in which you can set-up and install the Lexmark z32 inkjet printer. If you do not know much about them, it may surprise you to learn you could be underway in as little as 15 minutes. From taking it out of the box, plugging it in, to installing it; the process should take no more than twenty minutes.

The front loading paper tray has a small capacity of just 100 sheets, which cannot be upgraded. However, it does benefit from automatic envelope feeding and auto paper handling. With Lexmark’s Drop & Go technology too, paper loading really couldn’t be a great deal easier. With various quality settings, the maximum of 1200 x 1200dpi produces excellent quality images. The speed of print at the highest setting is slow, but the quality produced negates much of this annoyance.

The highest resolution will produce images at an impressive 1200×1200dpi in both color and monochrome printing. However, at the highest setting the speed is something akin to the shifting of the tectonic plates. Perhaps now is time to roll out the adage regards quality and quantity. Dropping the setting down a little, can achieve up to 7 pages per minute, (ppm), in black and white, and up to 3.5ppm for color.

A great bonus with the Lexmark z32 is in its capability to be compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. Whilst drivers will obviously have to be downloaded before you can use the machine, this really is a little bit special from such a small early printer. Also great, are the connectivity options of both Parallel port and USB connection. As anything, including chameleons and heated slippers , can be attached via USB these days; this can only be an asset.

Other features with the Lexmark z32 to be admired exist too. Amongst the first printers to benefit from Lexmark’s Accu-Feed paper handling system, paper jams and blockages are a rare occurrence. Something quite rare: Even in many of today’s smaller printers.

Being such a small machine, the Lexmark z32 is also great for the pocket. One of the more economical printers of its age, the running cost is small – which is great these days. Be sure to only use Lexmark Z 32 ink with this product.
