Many women nowadays wish they had bigger breasts, and may consider having breast enlargement surgery performed on them. These operations are now much safer than they used to be, and use more durable silicone implants than in past years.
Some women, though, those who want to breastfeed, for example, may have to rethink the decision about undergoing the operation. Budget limitations and poor health might also make breast surgery impossible for many women.
They should not lose hope, however. There are still some things that they can do give the impression of bigger, fuller breasts without going through breast augmentation techniques.
Good posture is a basic tip for women with small breasts. Practice moving with your head held high, your shoulders thrust back and your chest out. This will do wonders in creating the illusion of larger breasts, and will also make you more accepting of your body.
The clothing a woman wears will also help give the appearance of bigger breasts. There are special brassieres available in stores that help lift the breasts and give the impression of having a bigger cleavage. Pads and bra inserts will also be useful here, but sometimes, they may cause a small degree of discomfort.
Halter neck tops and v-neck blouses complement smaller breasts by making them seem bigger. Ruffles and lace along the neckline will also be a great help in this. Baby doll tops and dresses that are tight just below the breasts and loose around the tummy will also help emphasize the breasts. Also, white tops and singlet tops have been proven to make a bust look larger.
