Good

A deal breaker in nearly all instance is cost; however, the Creative Zen Mosaic 4gb Mp3 player has positioned wonderfully in this section. Unexpectedly for such a small device and speaker, the sound quality is pretty fine.

Radio is something manufacturers are discovering is important to many people. Creative Zen jumped on the bandwagon early by adding FM radio to the Mosaic 4 GB mp3 player.

Battery life is exceptional. Many times, you will find that real battery life will fall significantly below manufacturer’s suggestion. With this 4 GB mp3 player, you will find actual life actually exceeds the suggested, a rare find indeed.

Bad

As seems to be the case with nearly all 4 GB mp3 players, the headset put something to be desired. A lot of people simply upgrade to a better pair of ear buds or headset.

FM radio is dependent on the headset, the antenna is integrated and so playing the radio through the speaker is not possible .

Bottom Line

If you are searching for easy to use 4 GB mp3 player for a rational price, you cannot go wrong with the Creative Zen. Wonderful features, fashionable design and nice functionality combine to create a solid product.

Your Final Moving Day Checklist

Posted by: Affordable Storage Guy   in Hints and Tips

by Edmonton Storage Guy

Ah, moving day, that special time of year when most of your friends and family suddenly have pressing business elsewhere! Chances are a few kind souls will offer to help, though, so have a supply of snacks and cold drinks on hand.

If you’ve hired a company to move you, you’ll just need to follow (discreetly) behind them to make sure nothing was overlooked, and then gather up the personal items and other essentials that you didn’t want to go on the truck. If you’ve got loved ones helping you, make sure to thank them. Profusely!

Start at the back of the house and work your way forward, one room at a time. Close off each room as you finish with it, after making sure that it’s completely empty and giving it a final cleaning.

Have a few extra boxes or bags handy to hold any overlooked items, and essentials that you’ll need right away in your new place. Clearly label the containers holding your essentials, so you can find them when you need them.

Leave out any items that will be of use to the new occupants, such as instruction manuals and any notes that you think might be helpful to them, in an easy-to-see place. It will help get them off to a good start in their new home, and they’ll appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Allow yourself some private time to say goodbye to your house. It may sound sappy, but all of the memories you’ve created there, both good and bad, are a part of what makes you the person you are today. Moving day can be an emotional time; keep some tissues handy, and don’t be embarrassed if unexpected feelings well up.

Read the electric, gas, and water meters one last time so you can check your final bills to see that they’re accurate. Lock everything up tight, and make sure all the lights and appliances are turned off. Then hop in the van and start it up; you’re ready to go.

As nice and enjoyable as a patio is, you probably don’t want to sink vast quantities of money into outdoor wicker patio furniture. Still you want something nice, that looks good, and that will last for a good amount of time.

It may seem almost contradictory, but this is possible with resin outdoor patio furniture, which is both inexpensive, but still tough enough to take year after year of nature and still hold up. On top of that, it looks good and there is a huge variety of different options available.

With all the abuse that Mother Nature throws out, it is important for patio furniture to be able to endure quite a bit, from water to animals to the wind throwing debris at it. In this regard, resin outdoor patio furniture performs quite well.

Metal is better, it still needs maintenance to prevent corrosion or rusting, but even if it does have some corrosion or rust, that can be removed with some effort. Resin outdoor patio furniture doesn’t have either issue, which makes it far less work to maintain. It is true that in most cases wood and metal can take more physical punishment, but that is a non-issue for something like patio furniture.

All furniture is functional, so that isn’t an issue and attractiveness is subjective. That really just leaves cost as the other big factor. Resin wicker patio furniture is cheaper than metal or wood furniture.

Just don’t be surprised when you realize the price is a lot lower than you expected. The sheer variety of resin furniture is quite amazing, and the ability of such a light material to take the kind of abuse it does is almost miraculous. Whatever you are looking for, you will be sure to find something that fits your own personal aesthetic.
